Services and tools
for a culturally diverse, globalized world

In the ongoing globalization, internationalisation and migration, intercultural skills are essential for companies as well as for individuals. They are considered the essential soft skills of the present and future.

My services help manage diversity and differences between cultures, to change and turn the perspective and to network worldwide.

Building bridges using communication

The social developments in Germany, but also throughout Europe, show a very high level of migration dynamics. The government of the Federal Republic of Germany assumes around 400,000 people are needed in Germany every year to maintain economic momentum and the need for qualified workers.

In the combination of my business areas, I see therefore a great market and development opportunities that result in strong synergies.

Core values

My core values are the human and professional values of people. This is the core of a long-term successful cooperation.

Adaptability & Receptivity to change, as well into self-employment. I myself had to change my qualifications and expertise since I have moved in 2016 to Germany in an intensive personal change management education process.
